Clients present their own unique circumstances and expectations that require a tailored approach to the planning and building process.  In general, the overall process tends to follow the outlined approach below.

  1. Land analysis including topo, utilities, setbacks, soil conditions, etc..
  2. Project budgeting review
  3. Architectural plan development
  4. Construction specifications defined
  5. Project cost estimate completed
  6. Construction contract completed
  7. Permits obtained
  8. Construction
  9. Closing and home orientation
  10. Warranty management
  11. Lifetime consultation and support

The time to complete this process will generally take between 9 and 14 months with the most significant factor being the overall size and complexity of the home.
